The Mississippi Dermatology Association represents the board certified and board eligible dermatologists and the mid-level providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants) that they supervise in the state of Mississippi. This official voice of the dermatology community provides a framework to communicate directly with our membership and the general public regarding important issues that affect patient care, ensure access to care, and provide up to date information about important advances in knowledge and technology in the field of dermatology.
It is our mission to foster a community of learning and collegiality among our members, advocate for our patients, educate our membership and the public, and act as a liaison to government and insurance company officials.
